Hey guys, Jack here. I just wanted to post my build log here, mainly because I'm pretty proud of it being my first build, and I hope it goes okay.

Motherboard - Asus P8-Z68M Pro
Optical Drive - LG Super Multi-DVD
Processor - Core i3-2120 @ 3.3GHz
SSD - Crucial M4 128GB (This was a christmas gift, I bet you can guess what my favourite present was!)
OS - Windows 7
Graphics Card - PNY GeForce 9800 GT, OcUK refurb (So if it blows up, you'll hear about it!)

Obviously this isn't super cutting edge stuff, the motherboard was a late birthday gift a couple months, and I didn't have much money from remaining christmas gifts to flesh out the other parts properly. I'm pretty much holding back, waiting for both Kepler and for Ivy Bridge.

I'll update this tomorrow, along with the build. The PSU, RAM, and Case are being brought down from University, I gave the wrong address to OcUK! :(

It was more of a joke as I saw the case on the floor of my room. I am considering doing it on a seperate hard drive though, but that's another story. Removed that part, it's probably misleading :)

Updates!

With a little sprinkle of this, a Corsair CX600 Builder Series:

Two of these lil' badboys, 8GB 1600MHz Corsair Vengeance DDR3 Memory:

And El Diablo, also known as the OcUK Galaxy III (blue LEDs not on at the moment):

On we go with the build. The case's PSU is top-mounted, so here's a shot of that; Optical drive is already installed in this picture, as well.
