Hey guys.

So this is my project Overkill HTPC

This will have the following spec.

MSI z77a-G45A Gaming Mobo.
i7 377K 3.5ghz OC to 4.4ghz
32GB Corsair Vengance Ram
2 x Corsair GT HDD for OS in Raid 0
2 x Samsung 1tb HDD in Riad 0 for Data
3 x GTX660 Graphics cars (2 in SLI and one for physX)
Full custom water loop.

Alright guys so the most difficult part is containing all this in one box as I don't want to go external keeping everything SUPER neat and tidy on the outside.

So i bought from the states a Bitspower 3.5" bay Res (the highest part of the case is a 3.5 bay) which needed modding as if there was any air in the system it would be dragged trhough since the ports were the same size as the res, i added a small limiter/Dam inside to restrict flow only allowing water to be pushed via the bottom of the tank.

I bought an Nmedia 2000B HTPC case but didn't like the galvinized steel on the inside so thats being painted all black to match nicely.

I had to CNC the bitspower res so all the screws sit flush other wise the bay would not sit behind the closeable door.

Theme will be Black, Red with a hint of Clear using red liquid.

Here is what we have thus far!

Thanks for reading and i hope you enjoy.

After painting I started riveting the case back together, The only downside is I quickly found out that the paint I used was utter rubbish - The surface was well prepped but it still scratches easily - Shame!

I haven't but that nice front panel on yet though.

But non the less here is what we have so far.

I have decided, that I wanted to do a stealth build but unfortunatley they only do the blocks in clear, as a result I decided to paint them, after spending a LONG time prepping the blocks(cleaning cleaning cleaning and only when there absolutly clean, clean them some more) and gave them a neat coat of paint in satin /matte black to match the rest of the EK products that will be going in.

So here we go:

Not entirely sure if any one is following this, However I will update anyways:

I now have all of my Monsoon compression fittings and 90degree (and boy do they look nice!!!)

All the hardware, Including my Naked Ivy :p Instead of using TIM and IHS I decided to go with EK naked Ivy mounts.

I decided to go with an all High quality build on this one;
All monsoon fittings with accent colored discs,
Laing 18W pump and EK top
Silverstone mount and Slot load slimline DVD drive
Primochill Black tubing
Bitspoer Bay Res with above MOD
Acool 360x60mm Rad
All Corsair fans using SP on Rads and AF on open air places
Corsair PSU 620HX

wow looking really nice dude! moving along very fast. I will have to look closely on the temps for that Naked Ivy fingers crossed you will get a really good improvement in cooling

Big update now guys, Drilled my holes, Setup my components and started building the WC loop, For some reason though I am having a TOTAL nightmare bleeding the system of air.

Unfortunately, the pump is TOO powerful and any air that's in the res is being dragged in as a result of the waves caused by the power. I need to step it down on the voltage.

Sorry for the random order pictures, its this new crappy photobucket group linking.

Any ways here goes:

I really like those fittings - nicely compliment the overall scheme. Which way are you running the fans on the RAD (cool air into the case or warm air out of it) - is it worth partitioning the RAD from the rest of the case and adding vents above it so the air can go straight through without heating up the other components?
