Thanks mate but haven't finished yet, have got a couple of little bits here but im waiting for my soldering iron to be returned 
to be honest the case is hard work, there isn't any space behind the motherboard tray so everythings hanging out at the moment hehe
As for powder coating if only i had the money and someone local to do it, ive had bits made and powdercoated before and its expensive...and if im honest i never keep a set up long enough to make it worth while.
edit £60 mobo is also a bit of a problem, will not run with 8Gb of RAM no matter what i do...i suppose you get what you pay for, roll on bulldozer i have 12gb of DDR3 sitting here doing nothing
