WOW, i cannot believe i didn't try this mod before, Its truly amazing!, totally rejuvenates BF2 and has now brought me back to it, does anyone else have it and there thoughts?, I really am gob smacked by how much i enjoyed it and how good it is :eek: , the fact everyone has to work as a team is also what was missing from BF2, and a number of other things, this is what BF2 should have been, if anyone is up for a game later post here and we'll sort somthing out. Im sure theres already a massive thread on it somewhere but i thought i must make my own to express how much im loving this :D
 
Yea its good but only if you can get some teamplay. Spawn kills with a minute wait sucks
The graphics are new and the sounds are better plus because everything is more progressive, the gameplay is more charged but you do need a good squad

Has a few bugs that need sorting also.

Theres a thread just below this and another much bigger one, someone recommended iGi
50klicks server is a bit too quiet at the moment unfortunately
 
I'm currently downloading this as it looks good, the graphics look better. 5 more minutes and it'll be downloaded. I hope that it keeps me interested as playing on the vanilla BF2 CKW server which is Gulf of Oman 24/7 is kinda getting repetitive now that i've rediscovered all the best places to snipe from. Question: are the sniper rifles more accurate in this mod? And do they move as many pixels at a time?

I noticed in BF2 that the target i'm trying to snipe is always between 2 points that the cursor jumps straight past by a few pixels meaning i miss them and it often measn either waiting and hoping they move a bit, or move myself and possibly get spotted.
 
Just got it installed today and im really liking it. Its difficult but whan you get thet kill its rewarding. It so much more realistic like when you get shot you keep on getting hurt until you use one of your own medi packs of somone comes heal you.

I have found the peopel on the servers really great and its more about teamwork than getting the most points. Yeh a great mod only problem is the populated servers tend to be high ping. :D
 
The sniper rifles are all different. In fact all the guns have much more recoil. Nothing is given for free in this game, sniper and marksman kits are restricted in their number and you must be squaded up properly to request one

Our server is UK based and is always busy. ;)

hi i also play on your server when i can get on, player name Daytraders i use voip also.

Cool I will check it out at some point im woking all wekend tho :( so prob wont get a chance till Monday, I will look out for all you guys I play as [hayley_k] ;)
