No didn't do the cuts myself. An ex forum member from here who has done work on a few of the big multiple loop towers recently did it (StevenG [black and white G70] and Matt100 [green G70])

neon, just start off small and work your way up. It's what I've done. Granted I've been doing it 2+ years now :p
 
Well it looks like one of my water pumps has just ****ing died :(

Nothing seems to be going well this build. All sorts of problems bleeding the other loop, still with trapped air stuck in it. Now the pump in the other loop makes a loud buzzing sound and leaks a load of water over the bottom of my case......
 
Liquid appears to have come from the bottom of the pump :/
No cracks or leaks that I can see anywhere on the pump. Couldn't have got under the pump any other way from other places in the loop either.
