As u can see its not finished quite yet, need another fan and some more screws for the grills.
Its was also reasonably cheap as i had most of the kit already just had to buy the psu from ocuk and one of the d5s the passive res and the pa120.3 grill which all came from the members market ( cheers gt_junkie).

Did a small fft prime run overnight-

Hope u all like, comments and suggestions welcome.

i think you need to have a clean up with all that dust around.. will bring your temps down too....

Aye is a bit dusty, cleaned the dust out of the rads with compressed air before putting it all together, it just everything else that needs a clean!

You don't look to be geting the best out of that set up....why not put a TEC in the loop??

Had not even considered a tec might have a look into it.
The objective of this project was silence and enough cooling power to support future upgrades.

what is it with everest and real temp? they give that kinda diff on my 8500. which do you trust? is the 3 rads really worth it? this is last night with a single internal PA120.3 guess there a little higher. u managed to push yours any more?

true but it works quite well passivly and all the fans are 7v modded

cool:) do you have any control over them speed wise? i think it would be good if you could somehow manage to hook it up to one of your mobo and control it with speedfan.
What's the coldest you've managed to get temps?

I trust realtemp but i always check eversest or coretemp as well. Not sure if all the rads are worth it but my loop includes my cpu, northbridge overvolted to 1.67(bios) and my 8800gtx vmodded to 1.45. and it has dropped temps.

Nope no direct control yet but i was thinking of adding a fan controller to the box. At the moment the only was to turn the fans off is to dissconect them from the psu :(

I havent tried for lowest temp but will have ago with all the fans at 12v when i have a bit more time.
