There is no doubt however, that this is by far the coolest keyboard out there. It uses bluetooth to transfer your keystrokes and so works with your smartphone, PDA or bluetooth-enabled laptop/desktop computer. The projected display is a lot more crisp than I imagined and the detection is equally accurate. It takes a while to get used to typing directly onto your desk (or whatever surface you decide to use) and the experience is very weird to start with, but once that bit of inertia is out of the way it feels like a futuristically fresh new way of using your computer. Although this keyboard is something of a novelty item at present, if it or its future revisions become the sort of device that can eventually replace the conventional keyboard then I can see it being an incredibly practical space saver - just switch it off when not in use and you suddenly regain that extra bit of desk space you always seem to be short of nowadays. All in all, a fun toy to have and quite possibly a very useful gadget indeed.

Come pay day I couldn't wait to get my hands on one. This keyboard should have been featured in the Matrix... is all I'm saying. A must-have AND one less object to clean... coz it's not really there... is it?

that's mental!
