Projector - large projection from short distance

Hi guys,

Can anyone recommend some large projection projectors that work from a short distance? The distance from lense to wall is about 3 metres. Require ~100" 16:9 image.

Any recommendations?

That's a 1.35:1 throw which should be totally doable on any standard projector. Are you having issues finding something?

It's not for me, my projector fills my wall very well

It's for a friend of mine who has a HD projector from his old house, moved into his new house which already had one left on the mount. Swapped them around because the image was small, and it's equally as small with this projector. Tempted to unhook mine and take it round as a reference to see how much it will fill his wall as I'm not sure of the ratios of his current projectors.

You could use the throw distance calculator on projector central. Probably easier that swapping all the projectors around.
