Prolimatech Mega Shadow v Megahalems

Sorry about the flurry of emails, but I am about to press the "Buy" button. No response on my Tuniq Tower question hints that there is no solution there. New question: Apart from providing a socket 1156 bracket, is there any real advantage of the Prolimatech Mega Shadow over the Megahalems?

Yes that and the extra socket support, as far as i'm aware, there is 0 difference in performance.

I need that socket, and OC don't stock the separate bracket for the Megahalem.

Oh well, always liked the idea of having soming long, cool and black hidden away in my drawers

i did, and it is a close second (the corsair h50 was third). i was swayed by this conclusion:
