Don't you find the fact The USA have just passed a bill that allows permanent detention without charge or trial is discussion worthy?? USA is now a police State.

Yes. I think it's ludicrous, max should be 14 days imo and there should be extensive legislation to stop citizens being arrested then released without charges. The US has taken it to a completely new level with this new law.
