Prometric IT certiification cancellation

Wondering if any of you had any experiance with the refund system.
I in the past have cancelled exams and recieved a full refund.

On the 27th August i needed to cancel an exam that was scheduled on the 1st of September. I should have revieved a refund but have not. Any one else had any problems with Prometric?

I have contacted them via email today and will call them Monday first thing.

It might be down to the T&C. They say you should give 2 business days notice. If you cancelled on the 27th then it may only count the Friday as a whole business day as Sat, Sun and Mon (Bank Holiday) would not count. If you had cancelled on the 26th then you would not have breached the T&C.

Just a guess but that's what I would have thought
