Anyone know if any of the wifi adapters (preferably usb) on OcUK can be put in promiscious mode in windows (or RFMON mode or whatever they are calling it now)
Firstly no, im not trying to hack peoples wifi, im trying to use my pc as a bridge for my 360, ps3 and whatever else i have which don't have wifi and can't be forced into 802.11b to get the range needed to access a far away wifi point.
I know none of them probably do, because its all down to drivers and that but i thought i would chance it and see.
