I have not received my master key from Intel promo, I have contacted customer service 4 times now and not had a reply how do I resolve this?

As per other recent threads on here there have been issues with contacting OcUK recently, these seem to be easing now.

That is what what I thought, but again like I'd said to Tom, I am expecting them to turn around and say it works on their end :(. Did you record any evidence of it not working? Pay with credit card?
