Am considering the following PC build. Any tips/swaps I should make? I had originally specced an Asus GTX 980 Strix, but with the 970 being virtually half its price I thought I'd go with a 970 and if I need more graphics power have the option to go SLI for more or less the same outlay.

I have the Asus 27" ROG Swift monitor in my sights for use with this pc, so will be gaming at that resolution. Would one GTX970 be enough?

I've opted for the 850w Superflower in case I go SLI GTX 980.

Having never build in the Parvum case, what aftermarket fans get the best performance for the least noise?

- Actually after your post I look at a roundup review of AIO watercoolers and think I'd change to the Corsair H105. I think it will still fit in the standard parvum case with the Gene mobo and will look pretty good with the red bezel.
- I like the Asus TUF Z97 Gryphon Armor too, as I could custom paint the armour cover plate, however it doesn't have the m.2 slot which I wanted to cut down on cables.
- The 850w was really to give me a little more headroom for future builds/expansions.

Fulax - Thank you, Hadn't fully appreciated the length of the Superflower PSUs, How do the Seasonic G series compare to the X series?

I've chosen the Parvum case as it comes flat packed. May seem like an odd reason to choose a case but I'm getting this shipped to me in the UAE. For some reason the DHL worldwide service costs about £200 to ship a normal sized ATX case, whereas adding the parvum to my basket only adds about £30 to the final shipping bill. It may sound like a lot but I believe I will get the whole lot without VAT so it compensates nicely.

The X series is fully modular, whereas the G Series is semi-modular with the ATX, CPU, and two PCI-E cables hardwired. The X Series also has a PWM fan, so it doesn't spin until the PSU hits a certain temperature.

Both are quality units - I use the 650w G-Series myself.
