Hi,

I frequently use a headset for listening to music and for my voice dictation software, and have noticed with borrowed laptops that the mic and headphone sockets go loose quite quickly. Now that I have my own laptop, I'd like to be able to protect them if possible. Can anyone recommend some kind of "port saver" for the headphone and mic sockets?

Thanks.

i guess you could use say a small extention cord to do that? eg:
you keep the extention pluged in all the time, and then just plug in the mic into that whenever you need it?

that type of time of idea?
