Protecting data on pen drives

Hey folks
does anyone know of software that will not allow people from deleting data from a pen drive, sort of like write protection but without having to flick the switch, i dont want to give them that option.

put it into google and im getting a lot of "encrypting this and that" coming up, all i want to do is just ensure no one can delete data..not worried about encrypting it.

Just change the permission on the files. 'Modify' permission will protect the file content. You'll find 'Delete' under special permissions to stop removal right to delete the file.
