I like how we can't discuss emulation of decades old consoles on this forum but threads about torrents and newsgroups are fine

I am afraid proXPN was even worse.

Looks like a seedbox is the way to go.

How are you testing the speed?

It might be better to grab a VPS and install your own VPN.
