Protein Bread Rolls in Lidl

Just thought I would mention that Lidl sells Protein bread buns now in their fresh bread section for 29/39p a roll. Dont taste bad either.

Not bad for any gym goers amongst you

They have 29g of Protein per roll iirc

Sorry I dont, we just grabbed a couple when we in there. I only really noticed protein content on ticket.

Forget protein rolls try their croissants - I reckon they are the best - spread loads of butter on and microwave for 12 sec.

No worries. We have a Lidl near us so may pop up and take a look. Thanks!
