Protein folding on dual cores

Just downloaded the protein folding program but when i check in task manager my cores are only working at 50% load :confused:
I know when I do seti it works them both at 100%
Is there an option im missing?
 
You need to run 2 clients to have both cores stressed.

Tho you'd be better asking Folding questions in the Distributed Computing Projects forum.
 
Yes - you need 2 folders of folders! But well done for starting anyway - it's seriously addictive though ;)
