On the PC RGB is it possible to assign different functions to the DPI buttons?

For example, I want to have only two DPI settings as I do on my Sensei, so one button is all I need to toggle between the two.
Can I do that and leave the other DPI button free to assign it as whatever I want? Or do you have to press up to go up and down to go down on the dPI even if there are only two DPI settings?

In the software under mouse commands there is a function called 'DPI cycle'
