Prototype 2 WTF?

Hi,

Bought this in the Steam Summer sale, loved the first one but this is unplayable, I cant even get past the initial cut scene it just stutters and locks up

Also locked to 1080p so cant even use native res

How do games get released in this state? Its been over to weeks so cant get a refund either, literally ripped off!

I've tried a couple of fixes put the game remains unplayable, I have an AMD Fury if that makes any difference, anyone have the same issue and manage to get it to work?

I completed this back in 2013, playing with 7970's in Crossfire, i don't recall having any issues what so ever.

If anything i think i remember it running really well considering how bad Crossfire was back then!

There is loads on google about it but none of the fixes I have tried work

It really irks me when I pay money for something and it doesnt work
