Ok so this isn't a 3D ready title and is rated as 'good' by nvidia.

1080p 3D right in front of you is....amazing

absolutely amazing:eek:

you are THERE

you see into the distance

missiles fly AT you in three dimensional space

you jump off buildings and feel like you are really falling a distance back to earth.

fights are incredible.

when it's this good I am being clear that 3D gaming, is compelling and VASSSSSTLY more immersive than 2D

really imagine what I am talking about and you are half way there

I'm a guy with high standards, this blew me away.

all pretty smooth on my GTX470 tho did see some glitches on one type of building texture. Think it only came about because I fiddled with AA.

targeting icons are at screen depth but you can pretty much play the game without em

I really need to go to bed but WOW, this I will show mates

that and audiosurf is good fun

conclusion is I feel sorry for 2D gamers!
 
Not sure if i should even spend the extra £300 to go 3D, not many games support it and if they do it is crap.

Have a full 3D set up television but nothing to watch on it as not many DVDs have been released, tried black ops in 3D and it wasnt that great.

I think 3D is along way off at the moment, iv seem films claim to be in 3D yet the only bit you notice is the title.


If i see more good reviews like yours then i might be persuaded ^^
 
Seeing as I just got back from watching TRON in 3D which is a great film, but was distracted all the way through by incredibly uncomfy 3d glasses, and generally find all glasses uncomfortable as they rest on the bridge of your nose, then 3d is a no go until I don't have to wear such things.
