Ordered my new upgrade (SE W810i) from O2 yesterday and I just checked the order on their website and it says provisioning failed :o

Anybody know what it means? Presuming it's out of stock - I just called them though and the guy didn't seem to have a clue what I was talking about and said it wasn't out of stock :confused:
