Proxy Server+iTunes

I have an Ipod that is stuck in Recovery mode. Need to reset it in iTunes (i know i know, not my setup though).

Trouble is, I can't find anything in the iTunes preferences to set the Proxy settings.

Anyone know of any workarounds/solutions?
