Proxy?

Hey guys, was just wondering if anyone knew of a web browser(say in visual basic, c) that had an "integrated" proxy?

The reason i ask is because well......... i want on youtube at school without having to bother with the narrow list of proxy sites that work.

Laying aside the legal & moral issues of trying to circumvent existing network controls...

Given that the site your trying to access will be blocked before the traffic reaches your machine there's no way that running anything on the PC will help.
