Prsetup.exe? Removal.

Hi all,
Nieces laptop started bleeping and refusing to do lots of things. Using spybot and adaware etc I've got it back running and connecting to internet.

But I cannot stop this appearing at startup.

Any advice? I've tried ctrl-alt-del to find the root but it disappears when I do that. I've tried searching the laptop for it. It is a Hewlett-Packard Windows10 w/ 2gb and celeron N2840.

Spybot has the most advanced start up tools I've ever seemed. Some careful trawling through each entry may help you locate it?

If this doesn't work try disabling every non-essential startup entry and see if. Is fixed it. Switch them back on Ken by one to find your culprit.
