PS Gurus - Need a favour for a logo

Hello

I have inherited a woeful site for my kid's local football team and am looking to redo it for them.

I'm actually a programmer so my PS skills are quite low. The thing I need doing is the logo sorting. At the mo it's tiny quite pixelated and I cant do much with it.

Spoken to the bloke who did the site initially as he doesnt have this logo any better.

If anyone can quickly tweak this to a larger (maybe 400x400 ish) and better quality version (through whatever method), that would be superb!!!

if you could make the little bloke a bit bigger so to protrudes from the footy like in the original then we are sorted.
