PS Vita touch screen stops working.

Hi

My Son got a PS Vita for crimbo. But randomly the touch screen stops working. It can be when playing games, after he has left it a while. Reboot cures it, but should this be happening.

Try a full reset, if not, time for a return.

How do I do a full reset. The factory reset didnt wipe all the data by the looks.

Yep, its in the settings but I'm sure you can backup the vita data to a computer.

I've had mine do it a couple of times if it's been in standby for a long period of time (reset fixed it for me as well).
