Hey all,

Wondering if you pro's could help me with this. I currently own a Samsung SM-245B PLUS 24" Widescreen LCD Monitor.

I orginally bought it from here but they dont stock it anymore so I cant link it :(

But well basically I want to hook up a PS2 to the monitor it hasnt got a Scart input though.

Is there anyway I can connect a PS2 to a monitor. I'm not at home so I can't physically check the monitor what inputs it has. Pretty sure it has 2 DVI 1HDMI and maybe something else.

Greatful for any info you can provide :D

ok ace I presume I should be able to get one of these off the internet ?

lol dont know why im asking that I'm gunna go have a look

Thanks for the info tho

wow had a look about these converters cost a fair amount.

I'm guessing its cuz its going from an analogue signal to a digital signal.

Am I right in thinking this is going to cost me a fair bit ? or are there cheaper solutions

Sorry for double post

Just use composite (standard PS2 AV cable without the SCART header) - or get a PS2 component cable (if your monitor supports it) - just remember both methods require to send sound via an alternative cable (with composite youll have a red/white aux jack plugs, or you could just hook up optical if youve got an amp with it)...

ps3ud0
