PS2 Keyboard & Mouse

I'm looking for a good keyboard and mouse (gaming if possible) with a PS2 connection. I need a PS2 connection to work with my kvm. I've currently got a saitek eclipse kb and logitech G5 mouse but they don't work with PS2 connectors. I don't really wanna get rid of them either.

I have also tried Belkin's usb kvm but found it to be pretty pants and unpredictable when switching between pcs.

Have you tried a USB to PS/2 converter?

Tried the 2nd pic and it didn't work, I think the saitek is purely usb.

I'd go for a basic PS/2 supported keyboard, mouse or figure something out with a USB compatible KVM.
