Just saw one of these in the MM

I noticed it comes with a lead that looks like a monitor cable, after a little digging about it does appear to be a vga adapter.

I was wondering if anyone that had the kit could tell me if theres a specific item number on the lead? SCPH-xxxxxx or similar usually.

Also anyone with experience of using these whats the quality like and will it work on the ps2 for games, or only the linux?

ta ;)

EDIT:

Its a ...

Monitor Cable Adaptor (for PlayStation 2) (with audio connectors) [SCPH-10320E]

but has anyone actually used one ?

I have one, but to be honest never used it to play games.
When i bought my linux kit i remember researching it a bit and very few games actually supported it, i think SOCOM and a couple of others.
I'll dig it out and try a few randoms like GT4, SOCOM and MGS3

[edit]
on a quick go with no fiddling i get cant display this display type on my screen with SOCOM 2, GT4 (which supports 1080i) and God of war so far, so i dunno lol
