ps2 on my pc?

hello there, iv not been on my ps2 in ages and ages.

and iv been wondering what would i need to get my ps2 on my pc?
would i need a tv card or somthing like that at all?

iv only got a pretty basic gaming machine without extras like tv cards and that sort of stuff.

When I've done it the only lag is when trying to record it at the same time.
