Ps3 has died yellow light job.
Been to my retailer and tried to state to them this Eu Consumer law about them needing to provide a 2 year warrananty for it.
They don't to know and said I should raise it with Sony as they've got a 3 year warranty ! No they dont ! or raise an out of warranty claim with their HO.
So retailer is a large supermarket (Everylittle doesn't help) in this case.
Any one else managed to return a fubared ps3 to a retailer after 12months ?
Considering going back in with a full print of of the Eu Consumer Law documents and not leaving till they give me an answer I want.
