ps3 account question

I had a ps3 that was stolen. I bought loads of singstar songs from the store.

I want to play singstar at a friends tonight. Can I some how get all the songs I bought from logging in with my account? Or can I reset it some how?

Yes if you log in with your account you'll be able to access them.

My experience of the PSN is that if your account is "stolen" (ie. someone used the account to access your stored credit card details and make a "withdrawal") then no, you won't be able to access anything you bought on that account until the balance has been settled.

I had my account hacked a few years ago when some **** transferred £100 into my Playstation wallet - I reported it immediately but the account was "frozen" as they refunded the £100 to my credit card and when I asked how to "un-freeze" it I was told the only way to do this was to settle the £100 "debt" - luckily I'd only sent a few quid on some rubbishy mini golf game so I didn't care and just set up a new account!
