PS3 and hmi connection question

Im thinking of getting a ps3 soon what with the good deals currently available but have a query.......

My HDTV only has one hdmi connection and i currently have my sky hd box plugged through this.

Is there anything that would allow me to have both connected?

HDMI splitter, most high street electrical places do them now or just look on eBay.
