PS3 backwards compatability

Can you play ALL PS2 games on a PS3 or is it SOme or NONE and is this issue going to be resolved with a downloadable patch or ....Advise please

Been playing ffvii on my ps3, no problems so far. Wonder why its not on the list :confused:

Whats the quality like on this, now I have a ps3 im thinking of picking up ff7 and ff10, also what tv and cable are you using. Is the quality same, better or worse than the ps1/ps2.

its obviously worse (if you have an lcd). its a low res output blown up with no scaling to fit hd resolutions.

hopefully they'll get some advanced processing options going soon, that should clear the output up a bit.

oh yeah. dont expect to be blown away by the graphics and you wont be disappointed. everythign ive'd tried works and it's all perfectly playable

Hopefully it shouldnt be too bad then as I only have a 26inch LCD, I can imagine it would be worse on a 40inch+ panel.

Anyone played Pro Evo 6 on the PS3?

Want to buy this for it but want it to be OK on my HD TV etc. I take it I can play it online etc?

i'm playing on a 42" screen, so yeah, you shouldnt have any trouble.
