PS3 backwards compatibility check.

I've never actually owned a PS3, only played on a mates back then.

Wanting to replay some older games as well as decent PS3/Ps2 games I've missed out on.

I've been told the 60GB fat is 100% backwards compatible with PS2 and PS1 correct?

Are the larger GB models also supported nor not?

Sorry that was quite vague wasn't it..

Well racing, rpg mainly. I played a demo of destruction 2 over and over and liked that.

I'm still yet to find an old game i had on PS1, road kill, road rage something. Micro machines-esque top down car racing/shootemup. I''ve scoured many sites but never found it. Possibly on a demo disk.. but not sure.

Ah ok cheers. Yeah I had road rash 3d on PS1. Ill have a scout around to see what I can find thanks so far guys.
