ps3 blu ray drive failing?

my br drive has been "clicking" a lot. I thought it was the hdd so i replced it, but the sound pursued. Its like the dvd drive can't read the discs, and the lens zips around. Sometimes fifa crashes, and takes an age to load. Is this a fifa problem or the drive problem? How hard is it to replace?

First thing i would do would be try a selection of discs.

a lot you can do depending on your situation in regards to guarantees etc if the drive is gone. Id be gutted if it was a 60gb model though.

Can pick up a replacement drive for £60-70 online, Will take about 1hr to change for your first time. It is pretty simple. Make sure you don't just get the lens, Get the lens and cradle as the motor is on there with it all. Worth the extra £10 you will pay.
