My 2nd PS3 which was a refurbishment kindly sent out to me by Sony after a simple issue concerning fans ramping up in speed very early has become corrupted. The firmware seems to be ****** and will occasionally not read any discs.
Due to this, I, like many others, took out Continuous Play insurance after it became clear it was on it's way out.
Today, I gave them a call and explained the situation and will no fuss, a refurbed 60GB that looks and plays as new will be delievered to my door no later than Wednesday.
Now THAT is service. All for just £5.
