Does anyone know where you can get a replacement casing for PS3 controllers? Mine has been abused pretty badly and has had the things the screws screw into snap off (Which I glued back in) and a combination of worn out screws and dodgy screw holder things (What are the names of these things? :p) has meant the contact between the ribbon connector and the PCB isn't tightly pushed together leading to things like throwing a stun grenade, jumping, knifing and firing when I press L3 and move it down or to the right.

Cheers :).

Funny enough I have a spare casing, but it's for an old sixaxis, not a DS3.
You're welcome to it if you want to pay postage, it's basically everything except the PCB (which I'm using for a custom arcade stick).
I'd imagine the casings will be slightly different between the two pad types on account of the addition of rumble in the DS3, so my offer only stands if it's a sixaxis you're fixing.

Be nicer to your pads in future! ;)

Thanks a lot for the offer but it's a DS3 :). I am nice to my controllers, I've only thrown this one once and it was fine afterwards :p. The main damage came when it fell out of my hoodie pocket, twice :(. I'll have a look on the bay for faulty DS3s and use a case from one of those.
