Anyone else get this problem? And before you say it's because I must have sweaty hands, I haven't even touched this controller in a month as I've been away.

Anyway, I got home from holiday and the joysticks are completely wet, like someone had dripped water on them. This has happened before, so I wiped them dry and got on with my day. Come the next day I see it and they're wet again.

What on earth...

Wet or oily/greasy ?

I'd say greasy hands and maybe something like temperature/heat is causing it surface. Try cleaning them with alcohol instead of just wiping them and see if it happens again.

I have noticed the same problem but it isn't as bad as yours. Mine feels like it is grease and it is coming from the controller onto the thumb-stick.

My gosh, man! Those things are sweating to death! Get them some air conditioning before it's too late! :p

I think I would put them in a sealed container for awhile to see if the moisture is developing from them or from an outside source. If it is them, throw some desiccant in with them.

my ps2 dualshock did this when it went into storage in the loft and gets sticky after a short time playing no idea what caused it but after having it out the loft it soon dried up again
