PS3 Controller Problem

My L1 & R1 buttons have stopped working on my DS3 contoller, any idea's the best way to take the controller apart without making it worse?

Its only 9 months old and had light use so a bit cheesed off, but its a Jap import so I won't get anywhere trying to moan at Sony

Just need a small philips head screwdriver. I had to take mine apart and put it back together after I had an accident with a heavy object which made it virtually spill its guts.

edit: the L2 trigger stopped sticking after I reassembled it.

Managed to take it apart and sit the buttons back on rubber cushions underneath and they're back working at the moment....
