PS3 Dead + TV too

Powersurge killed my PS3 and the 42" it was attached too.

PS3 starts but the fan goes into Turbo Mode, then 1 flash of the Yellow Light and then changes to a Red Flashing light.

Completely dead or fixable?

think that means its dead TBH, could be wrong mind. never had one die personally but friend from work had his PS3 die, sure he said it flashed yellow then red. had to go back to sony for repair!
