Hi,
I took my PS3 round to a mates house the other night (as he has an HDTV and I wanted to see the full capabilities of 1080p). Obviously when I set up the PS3 on his tv, within the PS3 display settings I configured it to use an HDMI connection - fine.
I get home, plug the ps3 into my standard tv using the av cable supplied with the PS3 and I have a blank screen. It seems like the PS3 is still set to HDMI and how can I change it back if I can't see anything?! I think this is just a bit crazy..why did Sony not forsee this?! or did they just assume that when its changed to HDMI there is 'no going back'.
I would be grateful if anyone could please help me out yet I think I have no choice but to plug it into an hdtv and set it back to av again...or just buy a Sharp Aquos LC-37XD1E HDTV today (with 1080p)
Thanks!
