PS3 Duel Shock query

isn't it meant to rumble.

Bought a duel shock the other day and have been playing dead space with it but there's no rumble. Feature is turned on in game option and in dashboard.

Am I missing something or do I need to return it?

Have you tested it with other games that have the rumble feature?

not had a chance to yet to be fair, I work away from home at the moment so didn't have much time to test it. I was too absorbed playing DS to swap in another disc.

Well Dead Space definitely supports it. Is the battery low or something?
