ps3 dvd question?

hi

when i watch dvds on my ps3 does it upscale them because ive noticed under ps3 settings there is something called dvd upscaler but its set to off , what does everyone else do with this setting , or has it nothing to do with the upscale of dvds?

ah it must set to off as default then.

my tv does 720p or 1080i but i think i prefer 720p on my display can i ask which setting i need to put it on under the dvd upscale options?

theres : off , double scale , normal or full screen :confused:

well its a 37" widescreen display (720p/1080i)
