Im trying to get online with fifa12
its asking to redeem coe, so im entering the code withing the box, for online access
im then told, the code maybe incorrect or no longer valid

why's this ?

Is it a pre owned game? If so someone else might have used it.

no, it was bought new from a well know shop

You'll have to contact ea support. I'm a member of an Madden online franchise and this happened. Ea support have a chat function so you should be able to sort this out sharpish

just done that and they are not interested
