ummm, can't notice any changes , perhaps it has locked features ready for the supposed bigger 2.8 FW update, or maybe something to do with minor issues in the inFamous.

Just my opinion but I think Sony will release a huge firmware update shortly after E3.

Almost a year to the day (May 14th 2008) they released the exact same type of update.

Shortly after came the firmware update containing trophies(v2.36).
