An online store is selling the ps3 for 199, just a heads up if anyones interested.
Should be easy to find with google.

Edit: hmm that didnt last long looks like they have sold out.

No theyve had 40GBs for 225 for a long while, but when you think about it its not that great of price difference. It comes with the old controller, not a Dual Shock 3, no games, and half the HDD space but if the extra £80-90 is to much then i can see it being a good price.

Not that great if you consider my parents bought a 80gig for £259 in January. Would rather pay the extra £60 for the smaller nm graphics chip (lower power consumption and less heat+noise) and DS3

It was only the 40Gb PS3 that comes with a Sixaxis and it's now marked as "Availability: No longer Available".

I did see this when I was on HotUKDeals this morning. A decent price I think but probably be just as well waiting for the price drop in April really.

Doesn't sound right to me, Sony's price drops pretty much always come in Oct/Nov time.
