PS3 GTA4 Ahhhh

Heya,

Turned on my ps3 for the first time in the past year and a half, tried to play GTA4 it *really* hurts my eyes to the point i can not concentrate and have to do something else, i had tried fiddling with the settings but just can not get it any better.

Anyone any ideas? is it just me or is the game unplayable?

Episodes looks and runs better. tbh GTA4 runs pretty bad on all 3 platforms. Even on the PC you need quite a good setup to get it running OK.

OP you'll have to be more specific. It's not an ugly game but as mame says, it slows down very badly on the consoles (and most PC's) at times.

it looks terrible on consoles, i played it to 100 percent on both my pc and xbox because i loved the game but the second time around on the pc i booted up both version side by side and the console game is a muddy eyesore!

Most games look like **** compared to the PC equivalent though. It doesn't make the gameplay any worse, Far Cry 2 shows that excellent graphics don't necessarily equate to an excellent game.

PS3 version does looks pretty awful + framerate is a pain.
